Summer's flown by...
We've been very busy this summer at Hatfield Interiors doing all sort's of projects, from completing some amazing client projects, making changes to the showroom, re-designing and re-decorating, up-cycling furniture, as well as meeting sale consultants from various design houses to update with the latest fabric collections.
Client Projects
Here are some of our most recent client projects, both very different, yet both demonstrate beautiful ways you can personalise your home.
We recently completed a guest bedroom. Four designs, two colours, which have created a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, juxtaposing the boldness of the patterns. Even the teddy bear can't escape the Hatfield Interiors touch! (Before and After pics!)
In this home which we like to refer to as, the 'Pink House' as there is a beautiful and elegant atmosphere running throughout the household. The choice of fabrics and materials used mirror the fun, friendly, family vibe, from rich blush velvets to soft cottons and sheers.
Our latest transformation of a clients hallway, sitting room and dining room. They needed help choosing new paint, wallpaper, fabrics, carpets etc. We even re-painted the oval mantle mirror to complement the new colour scheme. (Before and After pics!)
Renovations.
We were gifted a vintage Singer sewing machine a few years ago. After renovation it now takes pride of place in the downstairs cloakroom.
Since then we have been lucky enough to obtain another one, this time a Jones model, with beautiful hand painted detail. The base could make an attractive console table, and the machine a decorative and quirky lamp idea. Or could be left as it is in all its glory, as a statement piece to any room.

NEW Collections
Omega by Linwood
The Omega Velvet range is a collection of richly coloured Italian velvets for curtains and upholstery, with a washable, stain resistant finish. Omega is exceptionally hard-wearing and easy to care for.
Omega Prints by Linwood
Using the ever-popular high performance Omega Velvet as the base, Linwood have created an eclectic range of bold prints. The collection features 50 colour ways over 16 designs and includes conversational, florals and geometrics in styles from contemporary through to classical, all with one thing in
common, the soft matt feel of Omega Velvet.
New Showroom layout
During the summer our showroom has undergone a few changes, some still to be completed. This area we are really pleased with, as it helps our clients visualise and understand the scale of a pattern in a larger piece of material. With the lighter walls painted in Sanderson 'Light Rose' and new shelving painted in Sanderson 'Eggshell Bolder White', this space is on trend with the current popularity of pink throughout the home, not just for a bedroom but downstairs as well.

Christmas Deliveries
If you are planning on re-decorating in time for Christmas, please be aware that its just over 16 weeks till the big day! Orders need to be placed Mid October for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery on made to measure curtains, blinds and furniture.

Next week is the Autumn Fair at the NEC in Birmingham, we will be going and looking at what our retailers have thats new to offer. Here we will be choosing all our Christmas decorations and gifts and anything else that catches our eye.
