Sam Wilson Designs

We have added a new artist to our collections, with beautiful homewares, artwork and fabrics by the metre, watch this space for new pieces coming into our showroom. If you are interested in fabric then please call or pop in and we can arrange samples! Based in the Cotswold countryside Sam Wilson creates bold linoprint designs inspired by her printmaking and illustration background. With designs such as Owl & Fox, Running Hare and Through the Fields, Sam has created a range of rustic homewares and fabrics for the Modern country home.

And finally, very sad but exciting news... After working for us for over four and a half years, Natalie has decided to "spread her wings" and try her luck in London! She is initially looking for work in areas of design and once established she will be continuing with her textile design business known as Madder & Weld. "I have loved every moment working here, have learned a great deal and will miss my Hatfield family immensely when I leave (although I will be back every so often where I'm sure I'll be willingly roped into some job or other!) From design assist, au-pair and dog-sitter to furniture up-cycler, agony aunt and Santa's elf, my job roll has been extremely varied and as a result my CV is brimming with useful transferrable skills :D We always have heaps of fun and still manage to get lots of work done in-between (see below for evidence!) I am forever grateful to Rachel for enabling me to get my loom, giving me a studio space of my own and expert advice on everything from design to business skills. You haven't seen the last of me though, I will always be popping up here and there!" ~Natalie
